Adam replied to email saying the non-localised values was ETL'd so the reports
could localise the value... which is fair enough.
Also talked to Van who said that some 'lookups' should be non-localised but
there are some that are user-defined and whatever the user typed in should be
shown (and the 3 on the PPI Data Dump export fall under this). And the way to
distinguish is:
if lookup_value_locale.lookup_name is not null... use this (a user-defined
value)
else use value from lookup_value.lookup_name (mifos supplied)
I hope I got that right.
So, I can change the ETL to reflect that quite easily but I'll wait till early
next week to do it in case I got the logic wrong.
