The ordering seems to be the same as the BIRT report.
Order
The clients are grouped by 'group' (though I noticed the Indian col sheet
seemed to be only showing clients). The difference between the CSE and the
report is the group comes before the clients in report but after in CSE. It a
bit of messy coding but I guess the query could altered to show clients then
the group and lastly the center (if it exists). Is that the way to go or does
it matter at the moment?
Prior Payments
I think its logical to allow it... I just wondered if savings and fee prior
payments were needed for Keef and if not could we schedule it for some other
release?
On the techy side the query (african and indian query are the same) is a bit
unwieldly and it would make sense to have some time to run refactoring options
thru the engineering team.
