Description:
'Change status' and User Hierarchy dropdowns have inappropriate values on Edit
user information page.
Repro:
1. Go to 'Admin' tab.
2. Click on 'View system users' link.
3. Search and select any active user.
4. On user details page, click on 'Edit user information' link.
5. Try to change user status and user hierarchy.
Expected result:
Dropdown contains 'Active' or 'Inactive' options to select. user hierarchy has
Loan officer, non loan officer.
Actual result:
Dropdowns contain only '1' or '2' options. See attached screenshot.
