'Change status' dropdown has inappropriate values on Edit user information page.
Repro:
1. Go to 'Admin' tab.
2. Click on 'View system users' link.
3. Search and select any active user.
4. On user details page, click on 'Edit user information' link.
5. Try to change user status.
Expected result:
Dropdown contains 'Active' or 'Inactive' options to select.
Actual result:
Dropdown contains only '1' or '2' options to select instead of 'Active' or
'Inactive'. See attached screenshot.
