It would be convenient if the org.mifos.birtlibs were on maven.mifos.org.
This would save the current manual and somewhat confusing step / req of needing
to do mvn install in reporting-libs.
MIFOS-4747 would alleviate this problem somewhat, if that gets done, this may
be less important (opinions?)
This is only for "first-time set-up convenience" - I'd still very much lave the
mifos reporting-libs/ module as-is, for clarity, if the remote repo is down,
etc.
I think this used to work (Adam did it), but as of now (today) is broken again.
