in a standalone Jetty the problem above can be avoided e.g. by creating a
directory named 'work' in JETTY_HOME, this will be then be used as webapp's
temporary directory location (and not have any '+' characters), and avoid the

I am not sure if this problem was specific to Mac OS X 10.6.5 only - if
