It also seems safer to recommend that Jetty is configured to "expand" (unpack)
the Mifos WAR file. It seems to be doing this by default (into work), but may
be it's safer to explicit this somewhere - I very much doubt the BIRT issues
I've looked into here will work if for whatever reason an (e.g. future version
of?) Jetty decides not to expand the WAR.
