(was: I have reproduced this issue on Sandbox by running report with French
language set. In HTML and EXCEL every character is displayed correctly. However
in PDF all Extended characters disappear.
On the other hand on my local machine I can see all Extended characters in
reports, even in PDF.
I think it is related to fonts available in a system. PDF on Sandbox doesn't
have appropriate font (most reports use Arial) and a substitute/default font
doesn't support these Extended characters.)
