I can reproduce this problem on secdep testing server and on demo server (2.0)
but believe the issue is fixed on F release (tested on
http://birch.mifos.org:8120/mifos). Couldn't find Jira issue referencing such
a fix, but maybe TW team can recall and link to this issue.
So I believe this problem is fixed in 2.1.
