You can verify that all that needs to be done is translation by looking at the
files adminUIResources.properties and comparing it to
adminUIResources_zh_CN.properties. Search for the key
admin.reverseLoanDisbursal in both files. The {0} characters are not present
in the English version and still remain in the Chinese version. It is the same
for the other strings mentioned in the issue.
