There isn't any validation for empty 'Number of installments' field on 'Enter
Loan information' page, during the Loan account creation.
REPRO:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any Client or Group.
4. Select any Loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan information' page, leave 'Number of installments' field empty
and click on 'Continue' button.
Expected result:
Validation message appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears.
