There is no validation for empty 'Total' and 'Amount Paid' fields on 'Review
installments' page during Redo Loan account.
Repro (can be reproduced on test server http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos) :
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab and create Loan product with Variable installments option
enabled (on test server use product 'variable installment loan').
3. In 'Admin' tab click on 'Redo Loan Disbursal' link.
4. Select any client and select Loan product created before or 'variable
installment loan' product.
5. Click on 'Continue' button.
6. On 'Review installments' page leave any 'Total' and 'Amount Paid' fields
empty and click on 'Validate' or 'Preview' button.
Expected result:
Validation messages appear.
Actual result:
Page with Stack trace appears.
