Tried to replicate on windows laptop but couldn't
1) made ETL run with lots of jobs in parallel (3x more than normal)
2) set innodb_thread_concurrency = 0 (to match RDS instances)
Key things about RDS instances (differences to windows laptop and dev sandbox)
On different machine to ETL (lots of slower network traffic)
Version is 5.1.50-log
uses SSL in connection string
(&verifyServerCertificate=false&useSSL=true&requireSSL=true)
