Redo Loan Preview page's Installments table defers in G from F

Screenshots of the table in F and G are attached
Notable differences
* Amount due and Running Balance headings are missing
* Future Installments is a new table, and it is displayed even if there is
nothing there
* Again feel like we are squishing real estate - we can make these as wide as
before for easier viewing
* Instead of just "Installment" I liked "No." for noting that it is the
installment number. or even "Installment No." if we need to put Installment in
the first
column heading
* blue heading background is ok but i liked the lines b/t each row for easier
viewing
Ideally this table look as similar as possible to our View repayment Schedule
table in View Loan Account details.
