After clicking 'Edit cash flow information' button on 'Review Installments'
page during the loan account creation, validation is not working on Cash Flow
page.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any client and loan product with Cash Flow.
4. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields and
click continue.
5. Fill all necessary fields on Cash Flow page and click continue.
6. On 'Review Installments' page click on 'Edit cash flow information' button.
7. On Cash flow page, remove any expense or revenue amount or Total
Capital/Liability amount and click 'Continue' button.
Expected result:
Validation message appears.
Actual result:
If expense or revenue field is empty then page with stack trace appears. When
Total Capital/Liability field is empty then it is possible to continue with
empty amount.
