'Cumulative cash flow-Total installment amount per month' is not calculated

In G Release Cumulative cash flow-Total installment amount per month is not
properly calculated when date is in the past.
Repro:
1. Set date system time to 11.10.2011 and login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any client and loan product which has Variable Installments and Cash
Flow.
4. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, set:
Loan amount: 2500
Interest rate: 19
Number of installments: 5
5. Click on Continue button.
6. On Cash Flow page fill the following fiels with data:
All Expenses with: 100
All Revenues with: 5685
Total Capital: 7003
Total Liability: 1000
7. Click on Continue button.
8. On Review installments page check Cash Flow table.
Expected result:
'Cumulative cash flow-Total installment amount per month' is properly
calculated.
Actual result:
'Cumulative cash flow-Total installment amount per month' is not properly
calculated for second and third month. For the second month it should be
13870.0 - 505.0 = 13365.0 but actually in G is 13870.0 - 505.0 = 12860.0 which
is wrong.
Also 'Total installment amount per month as % of cash flow' is wrongly
calculated.
