I replicated what you said above:
1. Set date system time to 11.10.2011 and login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any client and loan product which has Variable Installments and Cash
Flow.
4. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, set:
Loan amount: 2500
Interest rate: 19
Number of installments: 5
Note: disbursal date defaulted to 13/10/2011 for loan with cashflow i was using.
below is the cashflow i see:
September 2011 5585.0 5585.0 0.0
October 2011 13670.0 12660.0 7.4
November 2011 19255.0 17737.9 7.9
December 2011 24840.0 24840.0 0.0
So in spetember cashflow is whats inputed in cashflow screen 5685 - 100 = 5585
for all columns
In october, loan is disbursed (2500 + 5685) = 8125 -(100) = 8025 => 13670
also in october two repayments of 505 = 1010 there second column = 13670 - 1010
= 1260 (looks right to me?)
In Novemeber, cashflow is whats inputed in cashflow screen 5685 - 100 = 5585 +
13670 = 19255
also, three repayments (505, 505, 507.1) = 1517.1 => second column is 19255 -
1517.1 = 17737.9 (looks right to me?)
In Decebmer, cashflow is whats inputed in cashflow screen 5685 - 100 = 5585,
with no repayments so ends with 24840.0 for first and second columns.
