data upgrade fix added to G release to fix any write-offs and reschedules that
have resulted in unpaid installments.
The fix adds a new write-off/reschedule payment with the amount that was
missing. There is logging of the process on start-up of mifos. The
account_payment entries have their comment field formated like so 'MIFOS-4948 -
Loan: 000600000013526 - Adding payment: 260.6'
Tested on personal data plus a copy of Digamber data. Ran against Rise and
Keef data but startup failed because the chart of accounts was wrong.
So, there is now a code fix for the installment problem and a data fix for the
installment problem in G release.
