Offline Data Collection
Need functionality to support offline collection of data from the Village Bank.
Almost all Village Banks do not have internet connections. Village Bank
transactions form 90% of the transaction counts. And Village Banks act as
independent entities that do their own transactions, irrespective of whether
filed officer are present or not.
The collection sheet should support storage of multiple meeting periods data
(subject to the condition that when syncing the data, it will done in the
correct sequence). Facility for collecting data regarding
repayments/deposits/withdrawals for existing accounts be be handled using the
offline data collection sheet.
Four categories of additional data to be captured in a structured way:
- New members and their savings accounts
- New loans
- Corrections, if any, on last meetings data/transactions
- Members exited, after loans were closed
Additionally, when the accounting module is ready, the offline data collection
sheet should support entry of expenses and incomes and also should display
information regarding latest P&L and Balance Sheet.
