Sorry for that. I've just realized that this field with "-1" is an argument of 
fee type. So it is good to display that. But could you add labels to every 
input field, so that it would be easier to understand every field? For example 
first input field would have name 'Customer number', second 'Amount' and third 
field 'Fee type'. Is it possible?
