Display details of the transaction before approval on 'View REST Approval List'

Currently, when you click Approve link on 'View REST Approval List' page then
you can see the window with question 'Are you sure you want to approve?'. But
you can't see the details of the transaction like amount, account number etc.
You can see that information after clicking on Details link.
It would be good to display the same pop-up with details, after clicking on
Approve link but with buttons for confirming the approval. By doing this, user
will have better information about what he is approving.
