Description:
In mifos 2.2.1 telugu translation
1) created one system user(loan officer) and log out
2) login as loan officer with username and password
3) in change password window, entered old and new passwords and click on submit
#issue:it was showing the following error
java.lang.NullPointerException
at
org.mifos.application.servicefacade.LoginServiceFacadeWebTier.checkOldPassword
=>in url at username request parameter it was showing all
questionmarks(???????). observe this in attached file screen1.
=>observe the exception screenshot and log file in 'screen2' and 'mifos-log'
