In Mifos it is mandatory to select mode of payment while applying
payment/repaying loan. In 'repay' and 'fullRepay' REST methods, paymentTypeId
parameter is not mandatory so it possible to apply payment/full repayment
without selecting the mode of payment.
Moreover, after sending this paramater in REST method, it always has default
value=1 even if you set paymentTypeId=2.
