The following REST methods still don't have enough validation and still allow
Loan Officer to get access to accounts from different branches:
- getAccountTransactionHistoryByNumber
- getClientChargesByNumber
- getGroupChargesByNumber
- getCenterChargesByNumber
- getCollectionSheet
- saveCollectionSheet
