In mifos today, the relationship exists between a client and a loan officer and
not a loan and a loan officer.
This is fairly core in mifos. The question here is, is there a problem with
adding a loan officer relationship to 'loans' which
would support orgs like nuru and enda having different loan officers.
My guess here is that this wont be possible in mifos without big changes and
not sure what the impact would be areas
like client/loan officer 'meeting related code', reporting, navigation etc
