Need loan client account to be attached to a different loan officer

In Enda, a client can have multiple loan accounts. Each of the loan accounts
can be assigned a different loan officer. However in Mifos, a loan account is
tied to the branch->loan officer->Client->loan account implying that every
client will be attached to one loan officer only.
Currently in Enda, the loan account table is updated with the personnel ID in
case a client has multiple loans with different loan officers. this does not
effect the Mifos application but need a way to meet this requirement in Mifos.
