Negative interest amount in GLIM Loan Account when Interest rate is zero

Currently, when GLIM Loan account has zero interest rate and fee is added to
the account, then interest amount for the last instalment is negative in
Indvidual Schedule.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Create GLIM Loan account with zero interest rate.
3. When account is in pending approval state, add one time fee.
4. Approve loan, disburse loan.
5. Click on "Show" button in GLIM table.
Expected result:
There are no interest amounts in individual schedule.
Actual result:
There are positive and negative interest amounts in indivdual schedule.
