I am still not able to reproduce it. Please review my steps again:
1. Enabled LSIM and prorate option in database (config_key_value ->
prorate_Rule=1).
2. Moved system date to 25.04.2012
3. Created Client who has meetings 12th of every month
4. Created loan product with Declining Balance - Equal Principal Installment,
24% interest rate, 11 installments AND GRACE PERIOD - ON ALL REPAYMENTS with 1
INSTALLMENT
5. Started creating a new Loan Account
6. Default disbursal date was 12.05.2012, I changed disbursal date to
27.04.2012.
7. After that on Review installments page, repayment schedule is 11
installments with the same values as when disbursal has default meeting date:
