These are Keith thoughts:
Theres nothing wrong with using an image/icon over text. For the
browse function there should be some kind of universally understood
icon that could be used.
On the other hand, its seem very doable to just hide the <input
type='file'> button and use a normal <button> instead that still
functions the same but has 'localised' text based on user preferred
locale etc.
Do I have a preference or either approach? not really its dependent on
the 'icon' used and how easy it is to get option 2 to work for you.
