Description: 2. can create and update group with/to same name (probably should be unqiue)
    - data integrity constraint that would be thrown should this be attempted should be caught and handled with appropriate json error message returned

3. retrieval of group information contains no client data?

only the following is returned on GET requests

name: x
}

would expect to get member data back minimum of {id, name} of each member.


4. Unable to update or send PUT request to change the members of a group.

5. 'soft-deleted' clients should  not  be allowed to be added to group or updated on group.

6. clients that were members of a group but then 'soft-deleted' shouldnt appear in GET of group data
