Description:

I'm trying to create a new Client. I fill all mandatory fields.
I browse and select a local picture to upload (E:\CIMG4083.jpeg).
When I click on Continue button I get the error below:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.mifos.customers.client.struts.actionforms.ClientCustActionForm.validatePicture(ClientCustActionForm.java:398)

Please notice that even if the picture's file extension is not .jpg or .jpeg I get the same error.
