Environment: Maarg would also like to see a day begin and a day close feature in MifosX

An admin user at the Head Office would "start" the day for a branch office after which the branch officer users can record transactions against that day.

Once data entry is completed, the Admin use would then close the day for the branch office, branch office users would no longer be able to enter transactions for that particular day
