Vishwas,

I would like to check where I am with understanding this.

Loans reassignment could be performed only within the same branch.
Loan officer transfer (to another branch) could be performed only when he is not related to any active loans.
If loan officers are related to loans not clients (so client could have loans related to different loan officers within the same branch), then how client transfer should work?

If there should be any additional validations/domain rules or I missed
something, please let me know.
