The loan charges (fee or penalty) is pretty much done now. There are some ui and corner cases to cater for but the latest code is good enough to demo to loan charges functionality integrated with loan repayment schedule.

Note:

Any work around client charges or tax component will be left until feedback from GK-maarg/GK

Outstanding things left to do

allow loan charges to be waived or written off
some validation on dates used when applying loan charge to loan
some validation on type of charge that can be associated with loan product and loan at creation (fees only, penalties dont make sense do they?)
some UI changes to allow 'specified due date' charges on loan creation on modify screens.
