End objective is to have reference UI functionality that
1) shows all Mifos X functionality clearly and allows permission setting on them (i.e. if you want to know what functionality is available in Mifos X just look at the permissions UI).
2) capability on the reference UI to not show functionality that the user doesn't have permission to use.
Main Changes:
1) Add read permissions. Currently, Mifos X assumes the user has read permission for all functions (except reports and extra data).
2) Naming standard of permissions to change to ACTION_ENTITY format
e.g. READ_CLIENT, UPDATE_CLIENT, CREATE_CLIENT, DELETE_CLIENT... plus more specialised such as REPAYMENT_LOAN etc. This is to make maintaining permissions a little easier.
3) Maintaining permissions to be updated to be much easier and clearer
4) Add abitility to only show functionality if user has permissions (and it is part of application profile i.e. don't show group functionality if Mifos X is being used in Individual Lending mode)
