Currently, if you add percentage fee during new Group Loan account, then after loan is created, fee amount is displayed as 0.

Repro:
1. Create a new Group Loan account.
2. Attach percentage fee during creation.
3. Check fee amount on Group Loan account page.

Expected result:
Proper fee amount is displayed.

Actual result:
0 amount is displayed.
