Issue :
Receipt - using a different prpt file other than PaymentReceipt.prpt - is empty, the fields have no values
Beside the existing fields having no values, there are even some missing fields - all the fields from the Pentaho Report Designer details band are missing. There is only the Report header band and Report footer band fields.
Steps:
I have created/improved a receipt based on the "standard" receipt PaymentReceipt.prpt.
So using Pentaho Report Designer I generated a new file Recibo_automatico_3.prpt.
I uploaded the file Recibo_automatico_3.prpt following the proper procedures.
I made a loan payment and then got the receipt - with the issues above mentioned.
Observation:
On Pentaho Report Designer, I am not able to run pdf files.
I am suspecting about the JNDI Pentaho Report Designer settings. I have seen the examples on Pentaho website, but I don't know where to get the proper values.
Actual result: Recibo_automatico_3.prpt - it's not working as desired.
Screenshot_reciboautomatico.png - it's the screen shot of the html file generated from Pentaho Report Designer, with all the fields created, and filled with the due values.
