Description:

Office Id: show report for all branches under the hierarchy
Parameters: date to/from
(dates should be on/after today but okay to get zeroes if user inputs past dates by mistake)

Fields as per attached mifos 2.x pdf except client fees is not relevant but can be replaced by penalties.

Report can be a screen-based or Pentaho. If screen-based, a second report showing just a branch level summary should also be done.
