 Office Id :  -  show report for all branches under the hierarchy
 Parameters: date to To /from  
(  Dates - dates should be on/after today but okay to get zeroes if user inputs past dates by mistake )

Fields as per attached mifos 2.x pdf except client fees is not  relevant  available yet  but can be replaced by penalties.

Report can be a screen-based or Pentaho.  If screen-based, a second report showing just a branch level summary should also be done.
