yes, I am ok with the rename to 'm_loan_events' and then the question is on the api side is /loans/
{id}/transactions still ok - it probably is as the things we support there are transactions. on the retrieval side, should be bring back all 'events' or just the 'transaction related' events. i.e. 'interest applied' on loan thats just disbursed isnt that interesting to anyone (unless your doing accrual accounting)
But if you feel leaving everything as is for time being is best way forward - feel free and close off this issue again (sorry for re-opening)
