Description:

The current functionality allows to transfer clients between loanofficers (in the same branch) but not between branches.
The main issue with this bit of functionality is the way it is handled on the accounting side (and in reports). Mainly to do with where to allocate the interest income on current outstanding loans, does everything go to the new branch, or only the remainder? and what happens with overdue interest etc.
