An alternative to what Keith is suggesting would be to simply add a page to the Mifos Wiki - the editor is easy to use and you can easily add screenshots.
You could put the guide in this section: https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOSX/User+Guide
That might not make the page as embeddable as being native HTML but it will be easy to find and fit into our overall documentation structure for Mifos X.
