Thanks John, I've checked some changes, table m_loan_paid_in_advance is not still being filled, right? about the ProgramDetails report, I think you're missing a 'group by l.id' or something like this.
About the m_loan_paid_in_advance's structure, it has 'loan_id' I think would be better to have 'transaction_id' or something like this, because it should remember the advanced paid for each installment.
