Description: If On providing  wrong  input is given  inputs  in  the  "Register Data Table"   page   screens, Internal server errors are thrown

We could have the user select the applicable application tables through a dropdown and limit the possibility of errors. Also, throw valid  error  message is  messages in the following conditions
a) Table has already been registered
b) Table does  not  displaying properly.  exit

Also, resize and make the popup smaller
