#1 scenario is to allow transfering the 'overpaid' amounts of 'overpaid loans ' into a savings account.
Sander from musoni did mention that there would be other use cases in mobile money where they would like to transfer any sum from a loan (that is active, not just overpaid) but that scenario requires a good deal more work and thinking through. So scenario #1 is a good place to start until we flesh out more details and come up with solution for it.
