1. we will link a savings account to loan account at the time of application Submission or with the modify application before approval.
2. will validate for savings account for active state and the client associated with it.
3. Closing of savings account is not allowed if the account is linked with any active loan.
4. Modify charges to add payment option for collecting the fee through savings account
5. we will allow only charges to be collected from linked savings account.
