A few questions on hos the workflow for these fees would work.
We are assuming that these fees would be applied like any other fees and can then be paid at any point in time using an updated account transfers api (what this means for us from a UI perspective is that these is a separate button for paying this fee on the charges tab on a loan account......)
Where would they show up in the repayment schedule? Would they add up with the rest of the regular fees? Or would you expect these fees to show up in a new columns say "Fees to be transferred from savings etc" and so on (so the API would need to return this data with a clear separation)
