Had a look on the code in 1.10.3 Branch, and have attached a screen-capture at http://awesomescreenshot.com/04a1ry0237 and accounting is happening separately for
both withdrawal and fee payment at time of disbursement

Scenario:
- Loan product with Charges configured to withdraw from savings
- Advanced accounting setup to link that charge to a specific fee account.
When disbursing the loan the booking of the "From Savings" is ignored and the disbursement account is debited and the configured fee account is credited. The correct booking should be: Debit Savings Acco...
