To reconfirm, a single entry " Debit Savings Account, Credit Fee account" would not happen (currently all account transfers are consistently broken down in into a withdrawal and payment which would be accounted)
I intend to get around to simplifying the booking for all account transfers as per https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-695 , but will not be getting around to them as a part of a Bug fix release (will be a part of a later feature release)

Scenario:
- Loan product with Charges configured to withdraw from savings
- Advanced accounting setup to link that charge to a specific fee account.
When disbursing the loan the booking of the "From Savings" is ignored and the disbursement account is debited and the configured fee account is credited. The correct booking should be: Debit Savings Acco...
