From the user study – breadcrumbs were very important to users. Because we are changing the interface so significantly, breadcrumbs and drill-down navigation were the two points users felt they needed to ground themselves in the app. Because there is space next to the name in the header region, there’s no reason to not continue to show breadcrumbs that link to the branch/center/group, etc. for grounding the user.
On a client, breadcrumbs should show their Branch, Center, and Group as links so the user can navigate instantly to these places. If there are multiple groups, this should show the first group they joined or the one they drilled down from, or the loan is associated with depending on how they got there.
Likewise at group level, breadcrumb should display the parent center and branch as clickable links, etc.
The breadcrumbs provides a simple way to drill up and down from an office to the loans of each individual client.
Currently breadcrumbs only show up for loan accounts beneath a client.
Breadcrumbs might make some of the branch/center/group information/icons redundant - if we have breadcrumbs in place, is this needed (i.e. | Uniquely identified with Id 500 | Office: "Branch office" | Center:"Bigri Center")
